新适应，“心”启航——中专教育处举办新生心理健康教育专题讲座

为了帮助2022级新生更好地适应新的学习和生活环境，提高学生的心理健康意识和心理调适能力，促进其身心健康成长。中专教育处分别在2022年10月11日、12日晚上，在学校大礼堂举行了全体新生的心理健康专题讲座。讲座邀请国家二级心理咨询师吕学丽老师主讲。

吕老师从中职的特点讲起，引导学生认识中职的优势，从而接受和爱上中职生活；接着就如何度过适应期和整个中职生涯，为学生指明前进的方向；最后重点教导学生学会人际交往，教给学生一些实用的人际交往技巧和方法，正确引导导学生正面面对和处理青春期的人际交往困惑。讲座贴近实际、通俗易懂，极具知识性、操作性。吕老师的讲述娓娓道来，春风化雨，极具感染力、说服力。

此次心理健康教育专题讲座深受学生欢迎，同学们认真听讲，积极参与课堂互动，收到了良好的教育效果。张校长要求学生听完讲座后多思考，写心得，得到了学生的积极响应。新生听完讲座之后都感到收益匪浅，对新的学习和生活充满信心和期待，大家纷纷表示要把学到的知识运用到实践中，在新的起点上精神百倍的扬帆启航。

The lecture on mental health education was well received by the students, who listened carefully and actively participated in the classroom interaction, receiving a good educational effect. President Zhang asked the students to think more and write insights after listening to the lecture, which got positive response from the students. After listening to the lecture, the new students all felt very profitable and full of confidence and expectation for their new study and life, and they all expressed that they should apply the knowledge they learned into practice and set sail in a new starting point with great spirit.
